Our confidence in this preconstruction evaluation is born of long experience and positive results. We cannot emphasize enough the importance of this step. Countless homeowners pay anywhere between $40-$80k on architecture, engineering, and design, only to discover a hidden or unexpected factor that stops the project cold.

We work with you and your design team from day one to develop the right balance of design, systems, and construction methods. Your long-term budget and maintenance goals are critical in determining the best course of action decision by decision. Our preconstruction services agreement spells out the steps, responsibilities, and pricing. You will always know exactly where you stand in each phase of the project.
